Is it safe to put business information into AI?

It depends on the tool and the plan. Business versions from the major providers state that they don't use your business data to train their models, while some free tools may. I'll help you choose a plan that protects your data and set clear rules for what never goes in, like passwords and customers' personal details.

Which AI tool should we use?

Often the one built into what you already pay for: Copilot if you use Microsoft 365, Gemini if you use Google Workspace. Sometimes a ChatGPT business plan fits better. I'll recommend based on how your team works.

Will AI replace my staff?

That's not the goal. AI is good at first drafts, summaries, and repetitive busywork. Your people stay in charge, check its work, and get time back for the parts of the job that need a person.

What does it cost?
